Hello Royals,

As you are probably aware Regionals is fast approaching, signups have been sent our by Head coach Cameron and are due by Tuesday at lunch. The reason why i am sending this message is not to talk about that but the regional responsibilities for the regional meet in Comox. 

When regionals happens it is not run by just one club but rather all clubs working together as one region. As when we go to provincials we are no longer the JDF Royals but part of the VI Region Gators.

Our club (as with every other club) will be responsible for duties we have not had before but you would have seen others do at meets throughout the year such as (but not limited too): ribbons, security, marshalling, food prep/distribution, handing medals out to kids upon completion of each finals race, office runners. 

Below you will see the signup sheet and it has all jobs that are required to be done with each club responsible. Please sign up for the JDF jobs only so we ensure they are filled up. Note that these jobs are in addition to Timing and Officiating shifts we also have to fill. Here is the link for sign up. I will send an update in a weeks time to see where we are at with signups.
